Yoga is said to be many things yet only the practitioner can define what it is.... to them. For me, it is simple. It is simply about opening the pathways of life. The pathways for blood, oxygen, pain, pleasure, stress, and comfort to circulate. Yoga helps open the pathways of life to let life flow effortlessly like a self-cleansing stream, never being blocked by mental, physical, chemical, or the spiritual wastes we build up from our daily experience. With that comes the work of not only keeping the pathways open but also clogging the leaks of our self-sabotaging ways that allow the waste of life to intoxicate and poison our systems.
At our private studio we offer a wide range of classes from yoga to strength training, functional movement, and kettlebell training to cover the growing needs of our mentally and physically stressed-out community. There are no walk-up classes unless accompanied by a registered class member. Below are the class descriptions.
