In 2009 at the age of 31, after going to BSU, working as a personal trainer and manager at a telecommunications company, I found myself unemployed due to the financial crash of the time. At that point I decided to go to culinary school. Being I no longer had health insurance and had dealt with Grave’s disease since I was 12 years old, I knew now I would have to be proactive instead of retroactive when I came to my health. I knew then my diet would play a big part in this but had no idea to what degree. For the next 6 years, extremely underpaid and overworked, I burnt, cut, and exhausted myself in kitchens in several states progressing in perfecting this craft. From what I learned and witnessed in the food industry, in 2015 I made the decision to help instead of harm.
I have not only studied Arnold Ehret and Dr. Sebi but live by and am a walking testament to the knowledge they provided and thought they sparked. Through my own trial and error, self-dedication, and dedication to an Alkaline lifestyle, I shredded over 40 lbs. of stress filled diseased mucus. I am a constant student of fruits, vegetables, and herbs that promote physical, mental, and emotional healing.
